An educated DIVERSITY will prosper America. GEN Z-Diversity offers pure cultural innovation and unlimited potential and social economic possibilities for our nation. It is indisputable that Generation Z, is synonymous with Diversity, and is at the forefront of sweeping change by race and class, poised to play a significant role in shaping America’s future. By 2050, more than half of US workers and consumers will be diverse. And as America transitions into a new Diverse Society, it is critical for local, state, and federal policy makers to make decisions about how to effectively support Young Generation Z. Gen Z youth must be taught, how to successfully govern our multi-cultural society, wield political clout, exercise their strengths as consumers and demonstrate their economic value in the labor force. They must be well trained and ready to provide both the manpower and brainpower for the growth and sustenance of the US Economy. In order to sustain the development and vitality of our Nation, all groups of people must be actively included, involved, and engaged. We must look to the potential of Generation Z who compose our nation’s youth and take precise measures to provide the resources and opportunities needed to enable this generation to grow and develop.They are the youngest voting block with political power in the upcoming presidential elections.
